Day Camp Age Groups

Age groups for camp are based on the grade your child will be going into in the fall. Children need to be at least 4 years old to attend summer day camp.

Camp Cubs
The Camp Cubs program is for children entering 4K or 5K. Children must be 4 years old to attend. Weekly themes will explore new interests and help build school readiness skills. Literacy, math and social skills will be woven throughout each week. Daily schedule provides for an afternoon rest period and socialization. Camp Cub participants must be able to use the restroom on their own.

TIGERS
The Tigers program is for children entering first through second grade. The week will consist of a variety of activities designed to broaden a camper’s understanding of a topic, provide opportunity for new experiences, and spark new interests.

EAGLES
The Eagles program is for children entering third through fourth grade. The entire camp program centers on a broad weekly theme. Activities are planned in advance for small groups of 10-12 campers by the camp counselors. Campers choose specific activities thoughout the week based on their interests.

CAMP TNT (Teens N Transit)
Camp TNT program is for youth entering fifth through eighth grade. We respect the growing independence of our older campers and their desire for challenges and social interaction. TNTcampers will help determine their activities which will be based on the weekly themes.
