This section is designed to offer support and resources AFTER SCHOOL staff. AFTER SCHOOL is the largest division of the Wisconsin Youth Company and employs about 150 people in Waukesha and Dane Counties. With such a large staff, keeping everyone informed and aware of policies, procedures and changes is a challenge. This section should help with that. It contains personnel policies, the in-house "Staffer" newsletter and much more. Working with children requires energy, patience and specific skills. The "Materials and Resources" sections will help you with that. The people who work with the children day to day are AFTER SCHOOL's greatest resource. We want to help you do your job and do it well.
