Registration materials may be returned in person or mailed to the appropriate office address below.

For children attending Dane and Iowa County programs, registration forms go to the Madison Office at 1201 McKenna Blvd., Madison, WI 53719.  Gammon Road becomes McKenna south of the Beltline.  The office is a light blue building just south of Schroeder Road.  Parking is available in the lot to the south of the building. 

For children attending Waukesha County programs, registration forms go to the Waukesha Office at 1800 Dolphin Dr, Suite 200, Waukesha, WI 53186.  It is just off Main Street.  Parking is available in the front off the building.
