Programs: Celebration of Art

Each year AFTER SCHOOL focuses on one aspect of art, for its theme of artwork to be displayed at each site's booth for the annual AFTER SCHOOL Spring 4-H fair. We select some of this artwork to be photographed for use in our AFTER SCHOOL publications. Sometimes this Celebration of Art is also applied to art activities at our annual Celebrating Youth! event at Monona Terrace.

Some of the past years' Celebration of Art themes have included: Architecture, Art of the Circus, Costume and Clothing Design, and Sculpture.  For 2008-09, our Celebration of Art is Photography. To see Celebration of Art at past AFTER SCHOOOL Spring 4-H Fairs, click here.
