Programs: Before School
Some parents need to start their work day early. Since most schools don’t begin until 8 a.m. or later Before School is the answer. It’s a safe, quiet start to the school day. Most programs begin at 6:30 or 7 a.m. Children can eat breakfast and do quiet activities like reading, coloring and finishing homework. Sometimes staff will have a special seasonal project for the children to work on. When it’s time for school to begin, the children simply walk to their classrooms. Before School staff participates in orientation and ongoing training the same as After School staff.
