Public and private schools are closed or dismissed early from time to time to allow for teacher inservices. 

AFTER SCHOOL offers all day programs at selected locations on those days when school is not in session, and these programs require separate registration and an addtional fee.  Morning and afternoon snacks are provided for the children.  Children are to bring a lunch that does not need to be refrigerated.  Milk is provided with lunch.  All day programs provide more time to offer special opportunities such as seasonal events, guests and field trips.  Check with your site supervisor as the date draws near to hear about planned activities.

Early release days do not require a separate registration, and the cost is included with regular AFTER SCHOOL fees.  On early release days, children who are regularly registered with AFTER SCHOOL for that day may go to their program site as usual when dismissed from school; their program will close at its usual time.
