Families from both Merton Primary and Merton Intermediate are served by the program located within the Merton Intermediate building.
Immediately following the Before School program, our staff escorts children from the Intermediate School into the Primary School, where they are released to their classrooms.
At mid-day and at the end of the school day, the district teachers release the children to go to AFTER SCHOOL. In some cases the classroom aide walks them to our doorway where we are awaiting them.
In the afternoon our staff meets those BOOST (kindergarten - 2nd grade) children coming from the Primary Center to the program location. The Club (3rd grade and up) children are released by their teachers to come to the cafeteria on their own.

Bio:
Shannon has been with AFTER SCHOOL since Fall 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science degree and is certified for both Early Childhood 1 and 2. Shannon has 17 years of experience working with children She has three children of her own, between the ages of 9 and 17. Shannon enjoys camping, water sports, reading and playing with her Rhodesian Ridgeback dog named Cassie.

Bio: Andrea has been with AFTER SCHOOL since August 2005. Her experience working with children includes working for Tyme Out Youth Center, summer camp and being a nanny. She enjoys swimming and working out.
