• For Registration information and forms for Regular or Drop-In Enrollment in Wisconsin Youth & Family Center's After School program, please stop by or call our administrative office located at 1201 McKenna Blvd., Madison, WI 53719.   Or you may download the forms here, fill them out and turn them in to our office.  The program serves those children living in the Greater Elver Park Neighborhood.  Some families may qualify for full funding.  Contact our office or speak to your child's principal.  For Registration information and availability of all day programs, please contact our administrative office.
