Site Supervisor
Job Status: 30-40 hours per week
FLSA Status: Hourly
Work Schedule: M-F (school dismissal until 6 p.m. or 6:15 p.m.). Non School days as scheduled (6:15 a.m.- 6:15 p.m.); hours vary by region.
Reports to: Assigned program manager
Postitions Supervised: All site staff and volunteers
POSITION SUMMARY The site supervisor has the direct responsibility for all day to day operations at the site level while maintaining all state licensing standards, accreditation standards and internal risk management practices. The site supervisor also has the oversight and management of all site staff during program hours.
TASKS

Supervision of site staff
- Ensure all site staff is consistently engaged with children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
- Ensure all site staff is following licensing, accreditation and internal risk management practices.
- Ensure all communication from administration is communicated with site staff in a clear consistent format.
- Provide consistent feedback to site staff.
- On-site orientation.
Maintain developmentally appropriate environment
- Maintain all state licensing and internal risk management practices as they relate to all aspects of the environment.
- Implement all accreditation standards as identified on yearly action plans.
- Implement any plan of correction submitted to Department of Children and Families by division director.
- Provide an inclusive environment for all children, families during program hours.
- Maintain proper physical set up and clean up of program space on a daily basis.
- Administer developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Administrative duties
- Maintain all paperwork required by administrative office.
- Maintain all medical logs and accident reports.
- Ensure proper tracking of all staff timesheets.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Maintain site checkbook within the established policies of the position.
- Provide developmentally appropriate curriculum during the program.
Interactions
- Staff is consistently engaged with children during program.
- Supervisor engages with families daily.
- Supervisor and staff speak with children at eye level.
- Staff and supervisor engage in respectful developmentally appropriate conversations with children.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: AA in Child development, BA in Child development, BA Social Work, BA Education State approved courses.
- Experience: Experience working with school age children in and out of school time environment.
- Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft word, email, internet knowledge
- Certificates & Licenses: State of Wisconsin Registry Certificate
